100 Front Street
Toronto, ON
Jerudan Developments
The original buildings on this site date back to 1831 and provide the last remaining evidence of the Market Square in the Town of York. Working with the Provincial Heritage Branch, a program of restoration and new construction was implemented that maintained the essential character of the original buildings, and provided a vibrant street presence while creating a modern and functional retail and office facility. In 1988, the Toronto Historical Board conferred its Award of Merit for the design and construction of this project.
