The interior renovation at 120 Front Street East reflects the prominence of its urban location located in downtown Toronto. Kohn Partnership Architects was asked to update and reimagine the building’s main lobby, washrooms, and open office space for future creative and professional tenants. To achieve a clean and modern look, the space was redesigned with contemporary materials including glass, wood, stone, and designer lighting presented in a cool colour palette to brighten the open space. The overall area of the interior renovation is 14,400SF
