A mixed-use development designed in the density intensification area of Lawrence Avenue East combines three blocks of stacked townhouses, a midrise and a high-rise condominium. The design reflects an urban aesthetic, reinforced by the contemporary exterior treatment featured in all phases of the project as unifying elements. Retail spaces at grade are generously clad in glass and create a strong urban face to Lawrence Avenue.
