The development is set upon shared 4-storey podium with street-level retail and condo-style employment space. The proposed intensification for this area is one of several buildings in the Mimico-Judson area. Together, Kohn Partnership Architects Inc. and rising star Omar Gandhi Architect have designed this landmark development.
