This feasibility study examines potential redevelopment strategies for the Brantview Plaza site, which is located at the prominent intersection of Fairview and Brant Streets in Uptown Burlington. The study responds to the intensification initiatives being promoted at the local, regional, and provincial level and encapsulates best practices for the design of the public and private realm on this site, within the larger context of the Burlington GO Mobility Hub Initiative, the City of Burlington, and the Region of Halton.
