Armour Heights Developments

This commercial development, originally conceived as primarily a retail condominium for Brampton’s South Asian community, combines rental and condominium retail/commercial space in six buildings arranged around a central landscaped parking area. The buildings vary in size and use, including a single-storey 3,000SF family restaurant with a drive-thru and a 33,000SF 3-storey medical office building with ground floor retail. The development was designed following  Brampton’s Urban Design Guidelines for the existing adjacent subdivision which complimented the surrounding residential scale, form, and materials palette. The most prominent building, a three-storey medical office complex, is located at the main corner of the site and provides visual identification for the development and a strong gateway feature for the area.
