1625 Military Trail consists of two 8-storey mid-rise buildings with a u-shaped massing facing southwest toward the Highland Creek ravine parks. The buildings include a mix of 49 grade-related units with direct entrances via Military Trail as well as access to both indoor amenity spaces on the ground floor and outdoor amenity space via internal courtyards for residents. The buildings are articulated through a mix of window wall cladding with glazing and opaque spandrel panels, along with precast panels with inlaid brick veneer.
