The Planet Fitness franchise approached Kohn Partnership Architects to design a series of tenant fit out work in the Greater Toronto Area. The first of these projects was for a Planet Fitness in Mississauga in Westdale Mall. The interior space was revitalized and designed to Planet Fitness’s brand package, which included the Black Card Spa (including tanning beds, hydro massage, and lounge area), workout studio, specialized equipment rooms (PF Express 30-Min Circuit Training, PF Express 12-Min Abs, PF 360 equipment room) locker room, showers, and washrooms.
