The Shoppes at Stonegate is a 2-storey, 32,000 SF commercial space nestled in the Backyard Neighbourhood Condo development. The commercial space includes amenities for the local residents and surrounding neighbourhood such as The Berry Road Food Co-op and the Stonegate Community Health Centre (SCHC). The Berry Road Food Co-op will occupy 8,000 SF of space on the main level and offer a non-profit grocery to the area. The Co-op is designed to house a cooking school and small café. The Stonegate Community Health Centre will be on the second storey of the retail pavilion, offering new and expanded facilities to a community service that has been in the neighbourhood since 1992. Several additional retail units are also in the new commercial development.
