Courtyards of Maples is lowrise condominium project designed to reflect the heritage fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood. The buildings’ mass is c-shaped in and is designed around an internal courtyard that offers pedestrian-connections and amenities to the tenants. Retail units face the main street and are designed to reflect the historic ‘store front’ look of Maple Village.
