Located in the heart of the nation's capital and straddling Ottawa and Gatineau, the Zibi project is transforming nearly 40 acres of former industrial lands into one of the most sustainable and environmentally conscious communities in Canada. Block 206, the first residential high-rise component of Zibi, will offer innovative co-living residential units in addition to private apartments. These co-living spaces will be the first of their kind in Canada; featuring small, private living quarters with shared bathrooms, kitchens, lounges and other amenities. The adjacent Block 207, concurrently being built, is an adaptive reuse project consisting of commercial retail/office space.
